Initial Candidate Submission with Q&A
For each role at Synkrama, we ask a core set of questions to evaluate critical thinking, grammar, and writing skills. Be thorough and thoughtful, we read every application!
Introductory screening call
You’ll have a 15-minute introductory call to meet with a hiring manager to discuss the role and skill fit.
Skills assessments
You’ll complete an assignment and present it to our team. The goal is to demonstrate how you think, act, and communicate. Each exercise is tailored to the role, and we thank you for your time with a curated selection of fabulous gifts.
Virtual technical round
Candidates should be ready to demonstrate their knowledge, technical expertise, coding or algorithmic problem-solving skills while also highlighting their ability to communicate effectively and work under pressure.
Call with co-founder
Be prepared to highlight your technical expertise and ask insightful questions about the company's direction to show your genuine interest and potential fit within the organization.
Reference check
We’d love to chat with at least three references, including a previous manager.
HR interview
done to gauge the personality- strengths and weaknesses of a candidate to handle the role and then understand whether the candidate is suitable to do the job.

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
